INSTALLATIONS OF TENTS IN PARKING LOTS OR TARRED SURFACES:

* For installations in parking lots or on tarred surfaces, water ballasts will be required.
* If the area has paving that allows for lifting and peg installation, water ballasts will not
be necessary.
* Please note: Water ballasts are not included in standard quotations and will incur an
additional charge if required.
* When water ballasts are needed, a high-pressure water tap must be available within
50 meters of the installation site.
* Filling each water ballast may take a minimum of 2 hours, depending on water
pressure, and must be completed prior to erecting the tent.

ANCHORING TENTS TO BUILDING AND STRUCTURES:

* A full site plan, clearly indicating all underground electrical cables, water pipes,
sewers, and/or sprinkler systems, must be provided at least 7 days before the tent
installation if pegs are to be used as anchor points.
* Elegance Events & Décor is not liable for any damage resulting from the absence of
this information.
* An authorized site manager must be present to sign off on the installation prior to
any pegs being inserted.
* Please be aware: Pegs are driven deep into the ground and may cause damage to
gardens or lawn areas.
* Elegance Events & Décor cannot be held responsible for such damage as it forms
part of our standard and safe installation process.
